What payment options are offered & what is the process?
Full payment is due upfront to secure your order & date. I will email you an invoice of finalized details with payment options.
Do you deliver or ship?
Pickup only: primarily Plano, TX (location subject to change)! Pickup instructions will be provided with your invoice.
Do you offer gluten free options?
At the moment, whisk & buttercream does not.
How far in advance does my order need to be placed?
As long as the calendar shows an available pickup date & time, you are within great timing!
How should my cake pops be stored
Cake pops can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 week, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or frozen for up to 3 months.
***PLEASE NOTE: refrigeration may cause condensation once brought back to room temp, which can affect custom designs or details.
